Outpour: A Night for Clean Water is Lifewater's premier fundraising event on the Central Coast of California. On Sunday, September 29th over 400 guests will gather at Barrelhouse Brewing Co. in Paso Robles to come together to provide clean water to remote villages in Uganda. Volunteers are needed to help set up, tear down, coordinate parking, serve food and drinks and check in guests.

All proceeds from this event will serve villages in Uganda with clean water, sanitation and hygiene.
 

Why should I volunteer? As a volunteer, you will receive:

  • Lifewater T-Shirt
  • Free BBQ meal and snacks (meal provided to volunteers serving during the 3pm-8pm shift)
  • The satisfaction of making a difference in children's lives and the opportunity to be a vital part of putting on an amazing event!


How can I volunteer?

8am - 10am :
Load and unload event assets  /  Location = Lifewater Office SLO & BarrelHouse Brewing Co. Paso Robles  /  5 volunteers needed - FILLED
10am -1pm : Set up (arrange tables and chairs, set up furniture, umbrellas, etc.)  /  Location = BarrelHouse Brewing Co. Paso Robles  /  13 volunteers needed - FILLED
12pm - 3:00pm : Decoration and display set up (centerpieces, lighting, displays, etc.)  /  Location = BarrelHouse Brewing Co. Paso Robles  /  8 volunteers needed - OPEN
3pm - 8pm : Event time (serve food and drinks, monitor auction item tables, assist guest check-in and check-out, security, etc.)  /  Location = BarrelHouse Brewing Co. Paso Robles  /  47 volunteers needed - FILLED
8pm - 10pm : Tear down (take down tables and chairs, clean up catering, load and unload event assets, etc.)  /  Location = BarrelHouse Brewing Co. Paso Robles & Lifewater Office SLO /  12 volunteers needed - OPEN


*** Please note: while this event is at a brewery, volunteers are prohibited from consuming any alcohol at the event. ***
